Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential clients to promote loan products and services.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments to determine client eligibility for loans.
- Prepare and present loan proposals tailored to client needs and financial situations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for loan disbursements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for client acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic financial software.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with local market trends and financial products is a plus.
