Responsibility

  • Process and manage hire purchase (HP) loan applications from submission to approval, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct thorough credit checks and financial assessments for loan applicants, evaluating risk and eligibility.
  • Prepare and submit loan documentation to banks and financial institutions, coordinating with stakeholders for timely approvals.
  • Maintain meticulous records of loan agreements, payments, and client communications using Excel and financial software.
  • Liaise with automotive dealerships, clients, and banking partners to resolve discrepancies and expedite loan processing.
  • Monitor loan portfolios, track repayment schedules, and generate reports for management review.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies in all financial transactions and documentation.
  • Provide exceptional administrative support, including data entry, filing, and client correspondence.

Qualifications

  • NITEC certification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in loan administration, hire purchase processing, or automotive financing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, and data analysis).
  • Strong understanding of credit evaluation, financial statements, and risk assessment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple loan applications simultaneously.
