Responsibility
- Assist in the loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Operate handling equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to company protocols.
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors to optimize delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and delivery statuses.
- Inspect cargo for damages and report discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards in all operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Singaporean citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) eligible for the $5,000 joining bonus.
- Minimum secondary education or equivalent qualification.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items (up to 25 kg).
- Basic understanding of logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
