Responsibility
- Calculate and verify aircraft weight and balance to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with flight crews and ground staff to optimize cargo and passenger distribution.
- Monitor and adjust load plans in real-time to accommodate last-minute changes.
- Prepare and submit accurate load sheets and documentation for each flight.
- Liaise with airline operations and maintenance teams to resolve any load-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to international aviation standards and company policies.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on load control procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of all load control activities for auditing purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in aircraft load control or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of aviation regulations and weight/balance principles.
- Proficiency in load control software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
