Your expertise in streaming software, audio-visual equipment, and troubleshooting will transform raw content into polished, professional broadcasts that drive engagement and sales.

Responsibility
- Operate and manage live streaming software (e.g., OBS, Streamlabs, vMix) to ensure high-quality broadcasts.
- Set up, test, and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting, before and during live events.
- Monitor live streams in real-time to address technical issues, such as latency, audio/video sync, or connectivity problems.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to plan and execute live events, including product launches, webinars, and interactive sessions.
- Edit and produce post-livestream content, such as highlights, replays, and promotional clips for social media and other platforms.
- Ensure compliance with platform-specific streaming requirements (e.g., YouTube, Facebook Live, Instagram Live).
- Maintain and update streaming equipment and software, including firmware and driver updates.
- Provide technical support to hosts, guests, and team members during live broadcasts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Livestream Technical Operator, Broadcast Technician, or similar role in live production.
- Proficiency in live streaming software (OBS, Streamlabs, vMix, Wirecast) and familiarity with streaming platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitch).
- Strong understanding of audio-visual equipment, including cameras, microphones, mixers, and lighting setups.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently under pressure.
- Basic video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) for post-production tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
