Responsibility
- Host daily live streaming sessions on TikTok and Shopee platforms.
- Engage with viewers in real-time, answering questions and providing product information.
- Create engaging and interactive content to drive viewer participation and sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute live streaming campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze live stream performance metrics to optimize future sessions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to effectively showcase items.
- Build and maintain a loyal viewer base through consistent and high-quality live streams.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve live streaming strategies and content.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a live stream host, salesperson, or in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a charismatic on-camera presence.
- Familiarity with TikTok and Shopee live streaming features and best practices.
- Strong sales and persuasion skills to drive conversions during live sessions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think on your feet and engage audiences spontaneously.
- Based in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
