As the face of our luxury livestream sessions, you will play a pivotal role in driving engagement, building trust with our community, and showcasing our premium inventory to thousands of viewers.
In this role, you will do more than just sell—you will curate an elevated digital shopping experience. We are looking for individuals who can think on their feet, handle real-time viewer interactions, and maintain high energy throughout broadcast sessions. Responsibility
- Host engaging, high-energy live shopping sessions to showcase luxury fashion and lifestyle products.
- Maintain deep knowledge of luxury brand authentication and product specifications to provide accurate information to buyers.
- Actively engage with the livestream audience, responding to queries, building rapport, and driving conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the production and merchandising teams to prepare product scripts and set aesthetics.
- Monitor and analyze real-time viewer feedback to improve performance and session engagement.
- Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting key features, condition, and market value.
- Assist in the onboarding and promotion of new luxury arrivals to the livestream platform.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in livestreaming, retail sales, or public speaking is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear, engaging, and confident on-camera presence.
- Strong understanding of luxury goods, fashion trends, and authentication standards.
- Ability to multitask and handle live broadcasting technology with ease.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage to reach our diverse community.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on livestream scheduling.
