Responsibility
- Host engaging live-streaming sessions to showcase clothing products, highlighting features, benefits, and styling tips.
- Drive real-time sales by interacting with viewers, answering questions, and encouraging purchases through persuasive communication.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to plan livestream content, promotions, and exclusive offers.
- Monitor and analyze livestream performance metrics (e.g., viewer count, engagement rate, conversion rate) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Create compelling product descriptions, scripts, and social media teasers to promote upcoming livestreams.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to tailor content effectively.
- Manage post-livestream follow-ups, including order confirmations, customer inquiries, and feedback collection.
- Assist in setting up and testing livestream equipment, software, and platforms to ensure seamless broadcasts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a livestream host, sales associate, or customer service representative in retail/e-commerce (fashion industry preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a clear, engaging, and professional on-camera presence.
- Strong sales and persuasion abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with livestreaming platforms (e.g., TikTok Live, Instagram Live, Facebook Live, or e-commerce platforms like Shopee/Lazada).
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of video production, lighting, and audio setup for high-quality broadcasts.
- Creative thinker with the ability to improvise and adapt to audience feedback in real time.
- Passion for fashion, trends, and customer engagement with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to align with peak livestreaming times.
