Responsibility

  • Manage and optimize product listings on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop to ensure accuracy, appeal, and SEO compliance.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including promotions, discounts, and social media integrations, to drive traffic and sales.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and customer feedback to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth in the e-commerce space.
  • Create compelling product descriptions, images, and videos to enhance the shopping experience and boost conversions.
  • Coordinate with influencers and content creators to amplify brand visibility and engagement on digital platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest e-commerce tools, algorithms, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce coordination, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably with marketplace platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop accounts with measurable success in sales growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or e-commerce dashboards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
