Responsibility
- Manage and optimize end-to-end e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of promotions, campaigns, and customer initiatives.
- Oversee platform listings, product content, and pricing strategies to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Implement process improvements and automation tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate performance and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in e-commerce operations, digital retail, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a focus on multitasking and prioritization.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Lazada, Shopee) and CRM systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
