Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for livestock equipment and engineering solutions in the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team, setting performance goals and providing coaching to drive results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including farmers, cooperatives, distributors, and agribusinesses.
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of livestock equipment and engineering solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, industry networking, and lead generation.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demand.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide reports to senior management with actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in agricultural machinery, livestock equipment, or industrial engineering solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong technical knowledge of livestock equipment, farming machinery, or related engineering products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in team leadership and management, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Philippines and Southeast Asia for client meetings and industry events.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.
