Responsibility
- Assist live stream hosts by preparing product scripts, demonstrations, and promotional materials to enhance viewer engagement.
- Monitor live chat interactions, respond to customer inquiries in real-time, and foster a positive community atmosphere.
- Manage product inventory during broadcasts, ensuring accurate stock updates and seamless order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align live content with campaigns, promotions, and brand messaging.
- Track sales performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, viewer retention) and provide post-stream reports for optimization.
- Troubleshoot technical issues (e.g., audio/video, platform glitches) to ensure uninterrupted live sessions.
- Collaborate with influencers or brand ambassadors to co-host special events and expand audience reach.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor live streams, and platform algorithms to refine strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in live streaming, e-commerce, or customer service roles (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; multilingual abilities (e.g., Mandarin, Indonesian) are a plus.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in live streaming platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Instagram Live) and basic tools (OBS, Canva).
- Strong sales acumen with a customer-centric approach and ability to handle objections professionally.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks during high-pressure live sessions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and product presentation to captivate audiences.
