Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email, ensuring timely and personalized responses to inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Manage and resolve order-related issues, including tracking, returns, exchanges, and refunds, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
