Responsibility

  • Oversee daily operations of Hisense's e-commerce stores on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Tokopedia, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with platform policies
  • Develop and execute data-driven strategies to increase sales, conversion rates, and customer engagement across all e-commerce platforms
  • Manage product listings, including content optimization, pricing strategies, and inventory synchronization to maximize visibility and sales
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and platform-specific marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, presenting actionable insights to management
  • Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, efficient returns processing, and high customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activities to maintain Hisense's competitive advantage
  • Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation in e-commerce operations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with a focus on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Tokopedia
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving key e-commerce metrics (conversion rates, AOV, customer retention)
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platform algorithms, SEO, and digital marketing strategies
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and e-commerce platform dashboards
  • Experience managing product listings, inventory, and pricing strategies across multiple platforms
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service best practices in an e-commerce context
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
