As the Head of Social Commerce, you’ll oversee end-to-end social commerce operations, from platform strategy to team leadership, ensuring seamless integration between marketing, sales, and customer engagement. Your expertise will be pivotal in scaling our presence across key Indonesian platforms like TikTok Shop, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social commerce strategy tailored to the Indonesian market, aligning with business goals and KPIs.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of social commerce specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Optimize platform performance (TikTok Shop, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) to maximize conversions, engagement, and revenue.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create data-driven campaigns and promotional strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve in social commerce.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, KOLs, and platform partners to amplify brand reach.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to continuously improve ROI and customer acquisition.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and platform policies for seamless operations.

Qualifications

  • Native Indonesian speaker with fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in social commerce, e-commerce, or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian social commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Instagram Shopping, etc.) and consumer behavior.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
  • Experience managing budgets, P&L, and forecasting for e-commerce or social media initiatives.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of scaling high-performing teams.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and campaign optimization.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
