Responsibility
- Host live streaming sessions on platforms like TikTok and Shopee to promote and sell jewelry and hair accessories.
- Engage with viewers in real-time, answering questions and providing product information to drive sales.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for assigned product lines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute engaging live streaming content.
- Monitor and analyze live streaming performance metrics to optimize future sessions.
- Maintain a positive and professional brand image during all live interactions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and compelling information.
- Assist in creating promotional materials and scripts for live streaming sessions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in live streaming, sales, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and engaging personality.
- Strong sales orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like TikTok and Shopee.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
