Responsibility
- Host live streaming sessions to showcase health and beauty products in an engaging and informative manner.
- Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions, providing product details, and encouraging purchases.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute live stream content that aligns with brand goals.
- Build and maintain a loyal audience by fostering a positive and interactive community.
- Monitor live stream performance metrics and provide feedback to improve future sessions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Assist in creating promotional materials and scripts for live streams.
- Represent the brand professionally at all times, both on and off camera.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a live stream host, presenter, or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong knowledge of beauty, wellness, or related industries is a plus.
- Comfortable and confident on camera with a natural ability to engage audiences.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and live streaming tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as live streams may be scheduled outside regular business hours.
- Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
