Responsibility
- Host engaging and professional live streaming sessions to promote products/services and interact with the audience in real-time.
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, content) to align live sessions with campaign goals.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g., viewer engagement, click-through rates, conversion rates) to optimize content and strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, influencers, and brand ambassadors.
- Create compelling scripts, talking points, and visuals for live sessions to enhance audience retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithms, and best practices in live streaming and affiliate marketing.
- Provide regular reports on affiliate program performance and live session outcomes to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a live stream host, content creator, or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, performance tracking, and digital sales funnels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Charismatic, energetic, and comfortable engaging with live audiences.
- Proficiency in live streaming platforms (e.g., YouTube Live, Instagram Live, TikTok Live) and affiliate tools (e.g., Impact, CJ Affiliate).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
