Responsibility
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to enhance internal collaboration and external stakeholder relationships.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Create and distribute engaging content (e.g., newsletters, reports, social media updates) to keep stakeholders informed and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Act as a liaison between government agencies, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement initiatives using data analytics and feedback mechanisms.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in community outreach and internal communication frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate best practices in stakeholder management and public relations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of government policies, trends, and community needs to tailor engagement approaches effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in community engagement, stakeholder management, or corporate communications, preferably in the public sector or government-linked organizations.
- Proven track record in planning and executing successful events, campaigns, or engagement programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, social media platforms, email marketing software) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights for engagement strategies.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
