Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for live poultry products.
- Identify and acquire new customers, including distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers.
- Manage order processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
- Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure on-time delivery of live poultry.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales approaches.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and promotions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the poultry, livestock, or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
