Responsibility
- Host live events, including corporate functions, product launches, and community gatherings, with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Engage audiences through dynamic presentations, Q&A sessions, and interactive activities.
- Collaborate with event organizers to align content with brand messaging and objectives.
- Ensure smooth event flow by adhering to scripts, timelines, and technical cues.
- Adapt to diverse audiences and event formats, from intimate workshops to large-scale conferences.
- Provide post-event feedback and insights to improve future engagements.
- Represent the company with a polished, approachable demeanor at all times.
- Assist with setup and teardown of event equipment as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a live host, emcee, or public speaker (portfolio or demo reel preferred).
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Confident, energetic, and able to command attention in front of large groups.
- Strong improvisational skills to handle unexpected situations gracefully.
- Professional appearance and adherence to event dress codes.
- Availability for flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings.
- Familiarity with Bali’s event industry or willingness to relocate to the area.
- Basic knowledge of AV equipment (microphones, sound systems) is advantageous.
