Responsibility
- Configure and optimize HubSpot CRM for client-specific needs, including contact management, deal pipelines, and custom properties.
- Design and implement automated workflows to nurture leads, segment audiences, and improve conversion rates.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including A/B testing, personalization, and performance analysis.
- Create and manage dynamic lists and smart content to enhance targeting and engagement.
- Provide on-call support for troubleshooting HubSpot-related issues and ensuring seamless system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HubSpot strategies with broader marketing and sales objectives.
- Generate data-driven reports and insights to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Stay updated on HubSpot’s latest features and best practices to continuously improve processes.
Qualifications
- HubSpot Certified Professional (or equivalent experience) with 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub experience.
- Proven expertise in workflow automation, lead scoring, and email marketing within HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience working with UK or international clients in a remote capacity (preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage on-call responsibilities and meet deadlines independently.
- Familiarity with integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Zapier, or other third-party tools) is a plus.
- Based in Bali, Indonesia (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas) with a stable internet connection.
