Responsibility
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, launch, and manage high-impact paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and other performance channels.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor KPIs (CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and adjust bids, audiences, and creatives to improve performance.
- A/B Testing: Design and execute experiments for ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments to enhance conversion rates.
- Budget Management: Allocate and forecast ad spend efficiently to maximize ROI while scaling profitable channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with creative, product, and analytics teams to align messaging and assets with campaign goals.
- Reporting & Insights: Deliver actionable insights through dashboards (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau) and weekly/monthly reports.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging platforms to identify new growth opportunities.
- Localization: Adapt campaigns for regional markets, including language, cultural nuances, and platform preferences.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in Performance Marketing: Proven track record managing paid social, search, or display campaigns with measurable results.
- Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Analytics 4.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL (a plus), and data visualization tools to derive insights.
- Creative Collaboration: Ability to brief designers and copywriters to produce high-converting ad assets.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with tracking tools (e.g., Pixel, UTM parameters) and CRM systems.
- Agile & Adaptable: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Fluent English (written/verbal) with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Pet Industry Passion: Interest in pet care, e-commerce, or D2C brands is a strong advantage.
