Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and management of litigation cases, including civil, commercial, and dispute resolution matters.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations under the supervision of senior attorneys.
- Collaborate with clients to gather evidence, interview witnesses, and develop case theories.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on litigation risks, strategies, and potential outcomes.
- Stay updated on changes in Indonesian laws and regulations relevant to litigation and dispute resolution.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
- Admission to the Indonesian Bar (PERADI) or eligibility to practice law in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in litigation or dispute resolution, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian civil and commercial litigation procedures.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
