Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and client advisory.
- Draft, review, and edit legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Assist senior lawyers in preparing for court appearances, arbitrations, and client meetings.
- Liaise with clients to gather information, provide updates, and ensure clear communication throughout legal proceedings.
- Maintain organized case files and documentation in compliance with firm policies and legal standards.
- Participate in internal training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance legal expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support corporate transactions, due diligence, and regulatory compliance projects.
- Stay updated on changes in Indonesian law and international legal trends relevant to the firm’s practice areas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.) from a recognized university; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong academic background with a demonstrated interest in corporate law, litigation, or related fields.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or work experience in a law firm or legal department is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or commute to one of our office locations.
