Responsibility
- Prepare, review, and lodge legal documents for property transactions with government agencies and land registries
- Coordinate with solicitors, clients, and third parties to ensure timely and accurate lodgment of conveyancing documents
- Verify and validate property titles, encumbrances, and other legal requirements before lodgment
- Maintain accurate records of all lodgment activities, deadlines, and follow-ups in digital case management systems
- Monitor and track the progress of lodged documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory timelines
- Assist in resolving lodgment-related issues, such as rejections or delays, by liaising with relevant authorities
- Provide updates to legal teams and clients on the status of lodgment processes
- Stay updated on changes in conveyancing laws, regulations, and lodgment procedures in Indonesia and Singapore
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in conveyancing support, legal administration, or property law
- Strong understanding of lodgment processes, property transactions, and legal documentation
- Proficiency in digital case management systems and legal software (e.g., LEAP, InfoTrack, or similar)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with high accuracy under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining productivity and accountability
- Familiarity with Indonesian or Singaporean property laws and lodgment procedures is highly desirable
- Relevant certification or diploma in legal studies, conveyancing, or paralegal work is an advantage
