Responsibility
- Provide expert legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensure company operations adhere to local and international laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate legal risks in business transactions.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, disputes, and negotiations when necessary.
- Develop and implement corporate policies and procedures to maintain legal compliance.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in legislation that may impact the business.
- Advise on intellectual property matters, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Counsel or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Admission to the bar or equivalent legal certification is highly preferred.
- Experience in the Southeast Asian market or international business law is an advantage.
