This remote position offers the flexibility to work from the vibrant locales of Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung. As a qualified lawyer, you will handle a diverse range of legal matters, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and providing strategic guidance to support our operations.
We are seeking a proactive and independent legal professional fluent in both English and Mandarin. Your expertise will be instrumental in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, as well as advising on regulatory compliance and corporate governance. Responsibility
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and agreements.
- Provide legal advice on compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory matters.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks to protect the company's interests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance in business operations.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
- Handle dispute resolution and litigation matters as needed.
- Develop and implement company policies and procedures.
- Act as a trusted legal advisor to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer with a valid license to practice law.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.
- Proven experience in contract law, compliance, and corporate governance.
