Responsibility
- Develop and execute personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns to engage potential clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Research and identify high-value prospects aligned with company goals and target markets.
- Craft compelling, tailored messages (connection requests, InMails, follow-ups) to maximize response rates.
- Monitor and analyze outreach performance metrics (response rates, conversion rates, etc.) and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through consistent and strategic LinkedIn activity.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach efforts with broader business objectives.
- Stay updated on LinkedIn best practices and algorithm changes to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Document and report on outreach activities, insights, and results to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or sales development (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with a knack for persuasive messaging.
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify target prospects.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously while maintaining high-quality interactions.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for lead tracking.
- Passion for networking, relationship-building, and continuous learning in digital outreach.
