This position is available in multiple locations across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, providing flexibility to work closer to home.
Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on production line equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues in manufacturing machinery.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation of production lines.
- Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components, including motors, sensors, and control systems.
- Document maintenance activities, equipment status, and repair logs for tracking and analysis.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and production lines.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Provide training and support to operators on basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, or repair of industrial equipment, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Experience with PLC systems, sensors, and automation tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
