Responsibility
- Prepare and cook Filipino dishes according to standardized recipes and special orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen station, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in food prep, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the head chef.
- Follow proper food storage and rotation procedures to minimize waste.
- Uphold Tatatito’s quality standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Adapt to menu changes and seasonal specials with flexibility and creativity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role, preferably in Filipino or Asian cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and HACCP standards.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg.
- Passion for Filipino cuisine and willingness to learn new recipes.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Tagalog or Indonesian is a plus.
