As a Lifting Supervisor, you will oversee critical lifting operations, coordinate with on-site teams, and ensure compliance with safety protocols, project timelines, and quality standards. Your expertise will directly contribute to the successful execution of construction projects while maintaining a zero-incident work environment.

Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate all lifting operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.
- Inspect and verify the condition of cranes, hoists, rigging equipment, and lifting gear before and after use.
- Develop and implement lift plans, including load calculations, rigging configurations, and risk assessments.
- Lead and train on-site teams on proper lifting techniques, signal communication, and emergency procedures.
- Monitor project progress, troubleshoot delays, and adjust workflows to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks.
- Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce compliance with local and international construction regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to align lifting activities with overall project goals.
- Maintain accurate records of lifting operations, incidents, and equipment maintenance for auditing and reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in lifting supervision, rigging, or heavy equipment operations in construction.
- Certification in crane operation, rigging, or lifting supervision (e.g., CPCS, LEEA, or equivalent).
- Proven knowledge of OSHA, ISO, or local Indonesian construction safety standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse on-site teams effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, load charts, and technical manuals.
- Physical fitness and willingness to work in outdoor, high-risk environments with varying schedules.
- Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Primavera, AutoCAD) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
