Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on lifts and escalators to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on lift systems, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards for lift maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to address technical issues and provide expert advice.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements in lift maintenance.
- Provide training and guidance to junior technicians as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Lift Maintenance Specialist or similar role.
- Holding a valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for lift maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of lift and escalator systems, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Willingness to travel to various locations in Bali as required.
- Physical fitness to perform manual tasks and work in confined spaces.
