Responsibility
- Deliver personalized customer service to enhance the shopping experience and build long-term client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and product expertise.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, brand stories, and industry trends to provide accurate and compelling recommendations.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized retail space, ensuring products are displayed according to brand standards.
- Process transactions efficiently, including cash handling, POS operations, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the store team to execute promotional events, launches, and in-store activations.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with management to improve service and product offerings.
- Uphold company policies, including loss prevention, health and safety, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (luxury or lifestyle brands preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Passion for fashion, lifestyle products, or retail with a keen eye for trends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or related fields is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required.
