Responsibility
- Lead and manage the lifestyle division, focusing on motorcycle sales and customer engagement.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and grow the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Organize and participate in events, promotions, and community activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide expert knowledge and advice on Lambretta units and related products.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns and promotional materials.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure high performance and professional development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the motorcycle or lifestyle industry.
- Strong knowledge of Lambretta units and a passion for motorcycles.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
