Responsibility
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies to support product lifecycle transitions, from introduction to phase-out.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure alignment with demand forecasts and business objectives.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and product teams to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Identify potential supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure continuity.
- Lead cross-functional meetings to align stakeholders on supply chain priorities and timelines.
- Utilize data analytics and ERP systems to generate reports and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all supply chain activities.
- Continuously improve supply chain processes through innovation and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement, or logistics, preferably in the technology or manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards related to supply chain management.
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.
