As a Taspen Life Relationship Officer (TLRO), you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by promoting Taspen Life’s insurance products, fostering long-term relationships with policyholders, and ensuring seamless claim processing and policy administration. Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote Taspen Life insurance products to individuals and businesses in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through proactive engagement and personalized service.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend tailored insurance solutions that meet client requirements.
- Process and manage policy applications, renewals, and endorsements with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and claim submissions, ensuring timely and fair resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline administrative processes and improve customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management, preferably in the insurance or financial sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with insurance products, policies, and claim procedures is a plus.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; knowledge of insurance software is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; additional local languages are a bonus.
