Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize consignment vehicle turnover and revenue.
- Conduct professional vehicle appraisals and negotiate fair market prices with sellers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and industry partners.
- Manage end-to-end consignment processes, including paperwork, inspections, and marketing.
- Create compelling listings (photos, descriptions, pricing) for online and offline platforms.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and guiding clients through purchases.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and automotive industry developments.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure all consigned vehicles meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in automotive sales, consignment, or retail sales (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a passion for closing deals.
- Familiarity with vehicle valuation tools and market pricing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics (a plus, but not required).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
