In this role, youâll support the Licensing & Artist Relations team in managing and expanding Mighty Jaxxâs extensive portfolio of licensed properties and artist collaborations. Youâll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless execution of licensing agreements, artist contracts, and marketing initiatives. Responsibility
- Assist in the coordination and administration of licensing agreements, including contract tracking, renewals, and compliance checks.
- Support the Artist Relations team in managing communications with artists, designers, and external partners.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential licensing opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Help prepare and organize licensing and artist collaboration materials, including presentations, pitch decks, and marketing assets.
- Assist in the execution of licensing programs, from initial concept to final product launch, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and report on the performance of licensed products and artist collaborations, providing insights to the team.
- Coordinate logistics for artist events, signings, and collaborations, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and on-site support.
- Maintain and update internal databases and tracking systems for licensing and artist relations activities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Strong passion for pop culture, art, design, or collectibles, with knowledge of Mighty Jaxxâs brand and products being a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn with a can-do attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous internship or work experience in licensing, marketing, or artist relations is advantageous but not required.
