Responsibility
- Provide telehealth nursing support to patients in New York, including prescription clarifications and medication management.
- Conduct follow-up visits via phone or digital platforms to monitor patient progress and adherence to treatment plans.
- Address non-urgent medical inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy.
- Review and interpret test results, communicating findings clearly to patients and healthcare providers.
- Continuously monitor and manage the in-basket system to ensure timely responses to patient messages.
- Document all patient interactions accurately and confidentially in compliance with US healthcare regulations (HIPAA).
- Collaborate with US-based healthcare teams to coordinate care and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Stay updated on New York state nursing protocols and best practices in telehealth delivery.
Qualifications
- Active US Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York (mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in telehealth, primary care, or patient advocacy.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with a neutral accent for clear patient interactions.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and digital communication tools.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to assess patient needs remotely.
- Ability to work flexible hours to align with New York time zones (evening/night shifts in Bali may be required).
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity in patient care.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and US healthcare documentation standards.
