Responsibility

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including clinical interviews, standardized tests, and behavioral observations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy).
  • Provide one-on-one, couples, and group counseling sessions to address a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, coping strategies, and preventive care.
  • Participate in case conferences, peer supervision, and continuous professional development activities.
  • Contribute to community outreach programs and mental health awareness initiatives in Bali.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid license to practice as a Psychologist in Indonesia (or eligibility for registration).
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in counseling, assessment, or therapeutic settings.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
  • Familiarity with multicultural competencies and sensitivity to the needs of expatriates and local communities.
  • Experience in crisis intervention and risk assessment is highly desirable.
  • Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and continuous learning in the field of psychology.
