Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Design and implement individualized physiotherapy programs, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure holistic patient care.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy through continuous professional development and training.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Provide post-operative and sports injury rehabilitation to support patients in regaining full functionality.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid licensure or registration as a Physiotherapist in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy, preferably in a hospital, clinic, or rehabilitation center.
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary physiotherapy techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
