Responsibility
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with Indonesian pharmaceutical laws and regulations (e.g., Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan).
- Manage and lead pharmacy staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards.
- Verify and dispense prescription medications accurately, providing professional counseling to patients on proper usage and potential side effects.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels of pharmaceutical products, including ordering, receiving, and stock rotation to prevent shortages or expirations.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for medication storage, handling, and dispensing to ensure safety and efficacy.
- Conduct regular audits of pharmacy records, documentation, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and suppliers to source high-quality medications and medical supplies at competitive prices.
- Educate patients and staff on health promotion, disease prevention, and the rational use of medicines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (S.Farm) from an accredited institution; Licensed Pharmacist (Apoteker) with a valid Surat Izin Apoteker (SIA) and Surat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker (STRA).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail pharmacy or hospital setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian pharmaceutical regulations, including PP No. 51/2009 and Permenkes No. 35/2014.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage teams and interact with patients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on industry best practices.
