Responsibility
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Provide expert pharmaceutical advice and counseling to patients on medication usage, side effects, and interactions.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care plans.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring pharmaceutical supplies to prevent shortages or excess.
- Oversee the preparation and labeling of compounded medications as required.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Educate patients and staff on health promotion, disease prevention, and proper medication management.
- Stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical advancements, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Pharmacy (S.Farm) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Valid Indonesian Pharmacist License (SIK) and registration with the Indonesian Pharmacists Association (PAFI).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist in a retail, hospital, or clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, drug interactions, and therapeutic uses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office tools.
