Responsibility
- Deliver occupational health services, including first aid, emergency response, and routine medical consultations for employees.
- Manage and maintain the on-site clinic, ensuring it is well-equipped, hygienic, and compliant with health regulations.
- Conduct health screenings, vaccinations, and wellness programs to promote preventive care.
- Develop and implement workplace health and safety policies in alignment with local and international standards.
- Monitor and report on employee health trends, identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with HR and management to create wellness initiatives that enhance employee morale and productivity.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with privacy laws.
- Provide health education and training sessions on topics such as ergonomics, stress management, and disease prevention.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Nursing with a valid Indonesian nursing license (STR).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in occupational health, corporate nursing, or clinical practice.
- Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (OHN) or related field is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, local Indonesian health laws).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Ability to handle medical emergencies calmly and efficiently.
- Proficient in medical record-keeping and digital health management systems.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
