Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments
- Provide expert eyewear consultations and frame styling advice
- Perform precise lens measurements and fittings
- Educate patients on proper eyewear care and maintenance
- Manage inventory and maintain optical equipment
- Process prescriptions and coordinate with ophthalmologists
- Deliver exceptional customer service and patient education
- Stay current with optical industry trends and technologies
Qualifications
- Valid Optician license or certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in optical retail or clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of lens materials and frame styles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interpret prescriptions accurately
- Proficiency with optical measurement tools
- Customer service orientation with sales acumen
- Fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
