Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive TCM consultations to assess patients' health conditions, medical histories, and wellness goals.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping, moxibustion, and other TCM modalities.
- Perform acupuncture and related therapies with precision, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Prescribe and dispense herbal remedies, dietary recommendations, and lifestyle modifications to support holistic healing.
- Educate patients on preventive care, stress management, and long-term wellness strategies rooted in TCM principles.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrative care and ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and progress reports in compliance with clinic policies.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in TCM research, techniques, and best practices through continuous learning.
- Promote TCM services within the community through workshops, seminars, or digital content to raise awareness.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree or higher in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Valid TCM practitioner license or certification from a reputable governing body (e.g., Singapore TCM Practitioners Board, Chinaās Ministry of Health, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a TCM Physician, with a proven track record in patient care.
- Proficiency in acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping, and moxibustion, with a strong understanding of TCM diagnostics (e.g., pulse and tongue analysis).
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, or other languages is a plus.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to ethical and evidence-informed practice.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced clinic environment.
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work with a diverse patient base, including expatriates and locals.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and obtain necessary work permits/visas (assistance provided).
