Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify physical limitations, injuries, or disabilities.
- Develop and implement personalized physiotherapy treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation) to aid recovery.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and home exercise programs.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain and inspect physiotherapy equipment and facilities to ensure safety, functionality, and compliance with hospital standards.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy practices and integrate evidence-based techniques into treatment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid Indonesian Physiotherapist License (STR) and registration with the relevant professional body.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy, preferably in a hospital or rehabilitation setting.
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and healthcare teams.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a plus, given the multicultural patient base in Bali.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
