Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to support AIC’s community care initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and budget constraints.
- Lead vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management for medical supplies, equipment, and services, securing the best terms and quality.
- Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and cost-saving opportunities to optimize procurement processes and reduce operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, ethical sourcing standards, and AIC’s internal policies in all procurement activities.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and clinical teams to forecast demand, manage inventory, and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Drive digital transformation in procurement by implementing e-procurement tools, automation, and data analytics for better decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers, fostering long-term partnerships that support AIC’s growth.
- Prepare and present procurement reports, KPIs, and cost-benefit analyses to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CIPS, CSCP) is a plus.
- Minimum 7 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the healthcare, medical, or community care sector.
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare procurement regulations, GMP, and ISO standards.
- Excellent analytical, financial acumen, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
