Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive diagnostic, therapeutic, and surgical care for patients with ENT conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
- Perform surgical procedures such as tonsillectomies, septoplasties, and sinus surgeries with precision and care.
- Manage emergency ENT cases, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
- Participate in clinical research and continuous medical education to stay updated with advancements in ENT.
- Educate patients and their families on preventive care, treatment options, and post-operative recovery.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a residency program in Otolaryngology (ENT) or related field.
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia or eligibility to obtain one.
- Proven experience in diagnosing and treating ENT conditions in clinical or hospital settings.
- Strong surgical skills and familiarity with ENT procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
